As a 58 year old woman who has spent the past 30 years in a variety of exercise programs, I have managed to maintain a reasonable level of fitness. Due to family obligations I neglected exercising for 3 years and gained 20 lbs. I decided to get back into shape at a gym with the help of a personal trainer, fortunately I as assigned to Jenna Pettigrew. Since training with Jenna I have lost 14 pounds, 10 percent body fat and 14.5 inches. I feel stronger, have a more youthful figure and have defined muscles for the first time in my life.
