This thanksgiving weekend, there will be plenty of food. There is no shortage of carbs and sweets, so why not make a delicious breakfast favourite with a twist. Enjoy the healthier alternative of gluten free toast and you won’t feel as guilty! This super easy and delicious gluten free French toast recipe will satisfy all your pumpkin cravings.
4 slices of gluten free bread (Glutino brand)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp of pumpkin spice
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter
Pinch of salt
- Preheat skillet over medium-low heat
- Mix eggs, almond milk, pumpkin spice, vanilla and salt
- Add butter to skillet
- Dip bread in egg mixture and add to the pan
- Cook until brown
- Add berries, maple syrup and serve
