My name is Jenna Pettigrew and I am a certified personal trainer in Burlington who specializes in transforming bodies and inspiring individuals to be the best that they can be. I love connecting with new people of all different fitness levels and age groups, so I can provide beginner/intermediate or advanced programs tailored to their needs/goals. After graduating from Niagara College’s Fitness & Health Promotion I decided to make my passion and make it a career. I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now and am loving every minute of it. I have taken on many different roles (Sports Camp Counsellor, Fitness Instructor and Fitness Manager at Good Life) and no job has been as rewarding and life changing as being a personal trainer.
Being from the small town of Caledonia, I spent a lot of my time outside being active. I participated in a variety of sports such as track and field, lacrosse, and took on a leadership role as captain In volleyball and baseball. Besides sports and working out regularly I also enjoy yoga, scrapbooking, country concerts and spending time with my family and friends.
My goal is to motivate and encourage others to live a positive, healthy and active lifestyle through physical education. Starting your fitness journey can be scary but no matter what your goal is I am here to inspire you and make you feel comfortable in the entire process.
